Every one of these is a control in the app, not a request queue. Where verification is needed we ask for something proportionate, and we will never ask for your password or recovery phrase.
Export
Take the account data the service holds, in a usable form.
Correct
Fix account information that is wrong or out of date.
Erase
Delete the account, with the deletion cascading through the server.
Nominate
Name someone who can exercise these rights if you cannot.
Withdraw consent
Turn off cross-device sync at any time, in one action.
Revoke a device
Cut off any paired device, immediately, from any other device.
Grievance Officer
Copio is operated by Big Helpers in India, the Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Section 13 of the Act gives you the right to grievance redressal, and this is the person who answers it.

admin@bighelpers.inEvery grievance is acknowledged within 2 working days and resolved within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, or receive no response in that time, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India under section 13(3) of the Act. You can also raise a grievance from inside the app under Settings, Privacy and legal.
Never send your password, recovery key, backup passphrase, device PIN, access token or clipboard content by email. We will never ask for them.

One honest edge. Account erasure does not silently destroy the encrypted vault already stored on your own device. Remove the app and its local data separately if you want that copy gone too.
