Internal beta terms

Copio is an internal testing build. It is free, unfinished and may change. Do not use the beta as the only copy of irreplaceable information.

1. The service

Copio provides an encrypted local clipboard vault and optional cross-device sync. Platform limits mean capture and paste behavior differs across macOS, iOS, Android and browser extensions. We may change, suspend or end beta features while fixing security, reliability or store-policy issues.

2. Your account and security

You must be at least 18 to use the current beta, give accurate account information, protect your password and recovery material, and promptly revoke a lost device. You are responsible for activity performed with your credentials. Never share a recovery phrase or package with Big Helpers support.

3. Your content

You retain your rights in content you save. You permit Big Helpers to process encrypted envelopes and limited metadata only as needed to operate the service. You must not use Copio for unlawful activity, abuse infrastructure, interfere with other users or upload content you have no right to handle.

4. Recovery and availability

Big Helpers does not possess your vault decryption key. If every paired device and either required recovery value is lost, the vault may be unrecoverable. Keep separate backups. The beta is provided on an as-available basis and may experience outages, delayed sync or data loss despite reasonable safeguards.

5. Payments

The current iOS and Android beta does not sell subscriptions or collect payment details. Planned prices are informational. If paid mobile service launches, purchases and cancellation will use the applicable app-store billing system and updated purchase terms will be shown before payment.

6. Ending use

You can stop sync, revoke devices or request permanent server-account erasure in the app. See Delete your Copio account. Big Helpers may restrict access needed to protect users, comply with law or stop abuse.

7. Liability during beta

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the beta is provided without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Keep independent backups and do not rely on Copio for emergency, medical, financial or safety-critical communication.
